One of the products of the research is a series of hybrid publications (printed and virtual) with texts, scores, maps, and audio recordings.
The first of these, ‘Mapartituras & idiocalendários’ (Mapscores & Idiocalendars), can be downloaded here in a PDF version (only in Portuguese) with pages in the same format as the printed version.
This publication already has two printed editions (sold out). The first edition was released by LeBA Comix in 2023 and the second was released in partnership between LeBA Comix and Estranhas Ocupações in the same year. This publication is the first in a series that compiles research results such as texts, actions, workshops, visual creations, materials, and sound recordings.
The next issue, “Mapeamento Rítmico Cotidiano” (Everyday Rhythmic Mapping), is currently being edited and consists of material generated in workshops held at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Bahia (MAC-BA) in July 2024. Next, a series of workshops and audio and graphic score productions already in production will serve as the basis for the third volume: “Música Fonética” (Phonetic Music). These two volumes will be released in partnership between LeBA Comix and Estranhas Ocupações and with a new publishing partner, Duna Editora.
